Manoj Yadav
With over 15 years of international experience in climate finance and sustainable development, I founded NaturePivot to address sustainability challenges through nature-centric, integrated solutions.
My background spans from managing a microfinance portfolio for over 1 million low-income women entrepreneurs at Ujjivan Bank to serving as Senior Advisor for Climate Change at GIZ, Germany’s bilateral cooperation agency. I’ve collaborated with organizations including UNDP, EY, MSC, and PwC, developing climate finance strategies across India, Europe, and Southeast Asia including Cambodia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.
I am also a doctoral researcher in Business Sustainability at Indian Institute of Management Lucknow and have an MBA in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneswar. I also hold a Master of Public Policy from the London School of Economics as a Commonwealth Scholar.
